PROVISION OF SERVICES

 

Hephestos will communicate and work with the Clients to understand their needs, and above all to get answers.

 

Standard analytical services provided by Hephestos may include any or all of the following:

  • X-ray diffraction analyses, qualitative and quantitative.
  • Qualitative chemical analyses.
  • Rapid turnaround, interpretive, problem-solving analyses.
  • Surface analysis.

 

Additional scientific services and environmental services including IP development, literature and data reviews, and supporting and substantiation document preparation for applications or reports are available subject to Engagement Terms and Conditions.

Hephestos may also disclose any information it considers necessary to the appropriate Authorities in emergency situations, or to report suspicious activity.

 

Remaining samples will be disposed of after three (3) months from the date of issue of the report unless otherwise notified.  Storage fees may be charged if sample retention is required.  Sample return will be at the Client’s expense.

 

Hardcopy documents may also be disposed of after 3 months from the date of issue of the report unless otherwise notified.

“Understanding from Knowledge” (Γνῶθι Mαθών) – means that no problem goes unexplained.
